Acoustic plasterboards are made up of a high-quality gypsum core packed with soundproofing additives such as foam and fibreglass. The boards are lined with heavy-duty blue paper facings and have a tapered edge (TE). The soundproof plasterboard has a gypsum core that is reinforced with dense additives during the manufacturing process to reduce sound levels from travelling through the board and into adjoining rooms and buildings.

Siniat DB Plasterboard

Siniat dB boards provide fire protection as well as sound reduction properties designed for the separation of residential properties and accommodations. Siniat products are designed to withstand tough environments and always perform at a high standard with just a single layer of sound board of each side of the frame. The dB sound boards can be purchased in a thickness of 15mm or 12.5mm with a tapered edge.
