Unilin 77.5mm XT/TL insulated plasterboard is an insulation panel that consists of a PIR insulation core (polyisocyanurate) bonded to a sheet of 12.5mm tapered edge plasterboard with a composite kraft facing. Unilin insulated plasterboards have an incorporated integral vapour control layer (VCL). The VCL will help to minimise the risk of condensation and moisture, and damp build up.

Wall Insulation
77.5mm Xtratherm (Unilin) insulated plasterboard XT/TL can be used to insulate and apply a finish to internal walls. It can be applied directly to masonry walls or over a timber or steel frame. Unilin XT/TL can also be applied to partition and stud walls.

Ceiling Insulation
Unilin can be used to insulate the ceilings by directly applying the insulated plasterboards to the existing ceiling using longer screws. This will prevent hot air moving between floors through the ceiling.

Loft Insulation
