This tape is excellent for sealing joints against vapour and moisture, and it can be used along insulation board seams and edges to prevent thermal bridging and moisture accumulation between insulation layers and within the building’s thermal envelope. The silver colour of the foil tape enhances its ability to reflect heat back into the building, and it works effectively with foil-faced PIR boards.
