Fire Rated plasterboards are made up of a high-quality gypsum core pressed between a facer and a backer of heavy-duty pink paper. The fire plasterboard has a gypsum core that is reinforced with glass fibre and other components during the manufacturing process to improve fire resistivity. The boards are available in tapered edge (TE).
