15mm Vapour Panel Tapered Edge plasterboards are manufactured by multiple brands, however the manufacturing process ensures they are virtually identical in performance and quality, producing a like-for-like product. Our plasterboards are sold unbranded, meaning when you purchase Vapour Panels online from Insulation Board, you will receive a board from any one of the brands we stock. Vapour wallboards are made with an aerated gypsum core bonded between premium Ivory paper liners on each side with a metalised polyester foil backing on one side of the board forming a vapour control membrane. 15mm Vapour panel boards are designed to prevent moisture from effecting the building. How do I Cut a Vapour Plasterboard?

This can be achieved by apply a vapour control layer directly behind the insulation or plasterboard, or in addition to a vapour control layer behind the insulation, opt for a vapour panel plasterboard that has a built-in foil vapour barrier.
